Located in the Greenmount, Perth Hills Region, the briefing for this project was unique. Picturesque views to the city were some of the perks that came with the hilly and highly-reactive soil typology of the site.

This home epitomises the ‘dream home’ for the more traditionally minded family. Featuring a careful balance of natural stone walls, rendered masonry and a series of pitched tiled roofs this home is your modern-classic. Its building area spans over 3 levels to provide a grand 630m2 of spacious, luxury living.
