Collaboration between Baltinas (Developer + Design Architectural Firm), X-space Architects and Mercedes Constructions saw this project into fruition.

Orlando Catenacci of X-space Architects was assigned both Project Architect and Superintendent for this unique and iconic project that consists of 2 luxury stand-alone, green titled homes with outlooks to the Perth City Skyline, Kings Park and the Swan River.
